PRIZES

Prizes are subject to change. Prizes are not transferable. Substitution or cash redemption of prizes is not permitted, except by the Sponsors, which reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the retail value of all prizes exceed $5,000. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Grand Prize Winner - One (1)
There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The eligible registered contestant that is a league champion AND has the most combined total points in regular season and post-season play will be the Grand Prize winner. Only non-private leagues are eligible for the Grand Prize. In the event of a tie in total points for the Grand Prize, the tie will be broken based on the contestants' Regular season total. If a tie still exists, the tie will be broken through a random drawing among those contestants who are still involved in that tie. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received, your knowledge regarding professional football, the knowledge of other contestants regarding professional football, and the results of various professional football games. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a single entry into the 2005 National Fantasy Football Championship Contest. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $1,250. The prize winner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No cash or prize substitute is allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded.

League Winners
All league winners will receive a STATS Fantasy Football plaque with your name and league engraved. Estimated retail value $35. Number of prizes depends on total number of entries.

A prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with the selection process of this Section of the Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries if a selected winner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to obtain all signatures on any release or affidavit and to return the document(s) as required by Sponsor; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason. Sponsor reserve the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winners, if any.
